I tried this:
res.setHeader("Refresh", "10; URL=javascript:history.go(-1)");
This worked okay under Explorer 4 but failed under Netscape 4.5. If I
created just an HREF with the javascript, it works fine under Netscape and
Explorer, but only Explorer seems to handle a javascript url in the refresh
area.
Anybody know how to "fix" this for Netscape? Or is it just dumb luck it
worked under Explorer?
I found that using the BACK javascript, the form would remain properly
populated (I use it on an error to return to the static html form that the
customer filled out), but if I told it to go to the URL of that static html
form, the data would be lost.
