Just my .02 cents ... for it's size and ease of use, I always use JPad Pro from
Modelworks.  Its under 1.4 Meg and I pretty much use it for JSP, applet, servlets,
perl scripts and HTML.  Its pretty much the only tool I use the most (for
development I go from Dreamweaver to JPadPro to build all the backend).  Its also
built around Javascript so you can expand it anyway you want.
