Signals that an error occurred while attempting to bind a socket to a local
address and port. Typically, the port is in use, or the requested local address
could not be assigned. "
You may be topping the limit to how many sockets you can open to the same
address. My guess is that your application can only send one mail at a time
and when two users submit the form then one of the threads of your servlet
fails.
