EXCEPTION

I'am getting this excpection when executing some query and inserts into
Oracle, ORA-01000: maximum open cursors exceeded ORA-06512:  at
"SA2.tr_CELDAS", line 2 ORA-04088: error during execution of trigger
'SA2.tr_CELDAS'
any clue?
