Steve,

        The image needs to reside in your Web Server's document root (unless you
have an alias setup or are using symbolic links or some other such
shortcut).  You should try copying 'vcafe3.0/Projects...' directory to
wherever your web server's document root is located and then try reloading
the document containing this image.
