Hi,

You-re right but should consider too:

- A java-only HTML-generator library requires more or less the same amount
  of learning of the API.
- A non-java-specialist template designer will find easier to change
  html templates than Java code (even without understanding what an API
  means..).
  The java-programmer who wrote the code can go in vacations, without
  need to bother (and paying) him each time "cosmetic" changes are needed.
