The answer that I found was that performance wise even for large SQL
statements it was not worthwhile to use SP's. Why? I don't know...Oracle
isn't open source so I can't look at their code. ;-)
Both Village and Town are extremely fast and on the back end, they just
create prepared statements so it really does not matter how much SQL code
you have...it generates it all for you transparently and quickly.
