Well -- perceived "zero cost" -- NT licensing fees for NT Server aren't
peanuts. But it seems that Microsoft has found that if it comes with the
OS (which any manager or bean counter will approve, after all you *have*
to have an OS! Duh!) it is perceived to be free and gets use. Clever
strategy.
