There are 2 others:
JAVA Servlets by Karl Moss -- pretty decent
and another by Alan Williamson, that at first skim over, looks like
something to be reviewed. It seemed very good, and is based on lots of work
done by Alan.
Both authors have websites you can look at. I can try and dig up the URLs,
but I can' this second as I'm out the door!
