FirstUsa bank uses WebLogic with JHTML (WebLogic's pre-JSP JSP equivalent)
for online banking. They are running over SSL too (pure Java) and it's not
too slow! Note: FirstUsa underwrites virtually all major Internet credit
card deals, among others. (Given the blatant security holes in WebLogic, I
admire their "No fear" stance).
Go to www.firstusa.com and click on 'Log in' link in "Cardmember Services"
section.

using the services of www.netcraft.com or you can roll your own
