fyi,
This site uses servlets to format requests as messages that are sent to the
back-end TP moniter(s) (IBM CICS and our own "home grown" TP Monitor on
ES-9000 mainframes) via IBM MQSeries. It then waits for the response back
from the TP moniter on the "reply queue" and formats that response into
HTML.
We have no complaints about response time with this architecture.
