I am using WEBSphere 2.03 and Apache 1.3.6, also followed the normal set up.
the error

Could not validate given properties file
the httpd.conf has a line
LoadModule app_server_module
C:/WebSphere/AppServer/plugins/nt/mod_app_server.dll
any ideas?
