After seeing five responses in a row to this question :-), I have
another suggestion: When answering a basic servlet-related question,
send the answer only to the original poster (perhaps suggesting that
they look at the FAQs before they ask such a basic question the next
time). There's no reason the list needs to see the answer, especially
when it's likely that several people will respond.
