There's an example of doing this (calling something every few minutes) in
the object com.javacorporate.common.server.TimerServer in our Expresso
framework. You can get the source at http://www.javacorporate.com - maybe
using it as an example will help with what you're doing? The basic technique
is just to spawn a thread that sleeps for a while, does what you want,
sleeps, etc.

hi,

I developed a servlet that sends and receives email using JavaMail.  My
question is how can I set up my servlet to automatically call my "Receive"
method every 5 minutes?  Or can I just reload the servlet every 5 minutes?
Is this possible?  If so, what is the best way.
