Are u using cookies ?
If so if you do not specify the expiry date - the cookie expires when the browser
closes - ie. the session expires.

Subject: HELP to logoff the user

I would like to log off the user and invalidate the session as soon as the
user shuts down the browser. In other words, I would like to capture the
window.close in a browser and want to log the user off instead of the user
having to click on a button that would log them off. Expecting your valuable
suggestions

Vallikun
