Hi all
I have been using JRun and JDBC connection to a Oracle8i database. But I
was wondering about using the virtual java-machine in Oracle8i instead so I
dont have to use JDBC.
So I have a question that I hope somebody can answear:
1. Is that possible?
If the answear is yes mabey you can answear those:
2. What kind of servlet-server do I use(I dont know much about the tools
that came with Oracle, but there is something called Application Server, can
I use the that?)
3. Does anybody know about any site that can help me understand this?
4. Are there andy sites that are using servlets inside Oracle8i
5. Am I on the wrong way and should I just keep using JRun or Java Web
Server with JDBC?
many thanks
Palli
