Very often not.

If you had 2 connections using the same session-id then you would
yes.

This can happen.... imagine a user doing two different things from a
main window quite quickly (probably by targetting to new windows).

You can stop it with good application design, or you can handle the
synchronicity (which often isn't too much of a problem).
