Both. You get a machine and 5 gigs of transfer a month. This is
a typical package....

2.5 gig IDE

The current servlet engines (er, "containers") don't address the
needs of web hosting services very well (security, stability, resource use,
ease of maintenance). That is reflected in the numbers, maybe 100 (or so)
of the 7000 (or so) ISPs in the US and Canada support servlets. Personally
I think it will be a long time before Servlets are commonly available from
web hosting services.
