R u using some kind of IDE like kawa etc?
IF yes make a project andput ur java files in that project and recompile and try to run it.
i presume that u must have made sure that the clases r in the same directory from where u r trying to run it...
Make sure that all the classes used by ur program r either in the same package or in the class path....

hi friends,
i am unable to compile jdbc and even simple java applications on windows NT
platform .
whenever i try to compile the application it displays an error saying
"Exception in thread main, java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError",
though the class file exists.
I had setup jdk properly and also specify proper classpath .
The same application is running fine on other machine on windows 95
platform.
