If you check back through the archives of this list you will find
many discussions about the setting up of a newsgroup.
Please... one of the reasons this list is so busy is that people
don't check the archives before asking a question.
Always read the archive first! The archive can be searched in a
variety of ways and is very comprehensive.
It can be found at:

AND IS LISTED AT THE BOTTOM OF EVBERY SINGLE MAIL FROM THE LIST
SERVER.
