JDBC driver for MSSQL

I need an affordable jdbc driver for MSSQL 6.5. If there is any free better. I am using sun's jdbc:odbc and it works just fine, but i am concern about the speed.   Has anyone tried Inet's driver?   any help is very well welcome   Carlos Orrego
