Jon,

I don't have the ability to go with Apache but I'm curious: can Apache direct
requests belonging to a session which is maintained by URL rewriting?  I saw
that mod_jserv looks for cookie to direct reqests to server who 'owns' the
session but I didn't see anything that would check request parameter which is
session id.
