Hi,
   What are the things(componnents) that I should Download(from
www.javasoft.com) to send mail as well as to pop mail from the mail server(I
have to do both the tasks) and let me know the
exact url as well.Is it only javamail api or should I download any other
stuff as well.

What is the Advantage of using JavaMail API rather than raw socket
communication.
