You can do it from a small (1 by 1) invisible (color of HTML background)
applet using URLConnection

Hey Gurus,

i've a question, i would send some Data
to my servlet, but didn't expect any  response,
so the current display should not change.
I wouldn't send a redirection to the browser.
Is there another possibility to solve this??
