I am designing a system that is comprised by some HTML forms, a Servlet and
an Access DBase. I want to run everything on a standalone machine as I am
doing this as part of a project in a university. I already have the J2 SDK
1.2.2-001, the Servlet API extension and JavaWebServer too. Where to I store
the Database? Can I have it in the web server? If not will I need a database
server? And if yes , where can I find a free one that supports MS Access? If
my question is really basic, sorry but I am not quite experienced in Java...
Thanks,
Andreas
