Actually I'm finishing my studies at the University and I need to do a
project. I decided to apply all the free posibble technology for that.
I have the following scenario:
An Apache Web Server on a IBM RS/6000 with AIX 4.2
An Oracle 8i Database for DataWare House
propousal(Managment too).
An AS/400 machine with DB2/400 in wich we have the 75% of
data.
I'm planing to use servlets to introduce from the web side some
information of several people who work outside the country for my
company (inside Oracle 8i), and collect from de DB2/400 database the
work time of local workers.
At this time I'd downlowad and Install the following tools or products:
JRun, Oracle JDBC drivers, Oracle 8i Intermedia, JDeveloper 2.0.
Would someone help me to introduce me in the servlet field to do that?.
I'll really apreciate all the help possible.
