Um.... you should append "provided your JDBC driver is working correctly
*and* supports that sort of functionality...." Nothing I've seen in the JDBC
spec says that a driver *must* support concurrent statements on the same
connection. Granted, it's a pretty wimpy driver if it doesn't, but if it's
not in the spec, it's not in the spec.....
