Another thing to keep in mind too is if you are using prepared statements
is to synchronize them. A good explanation of this is on page 260 of Jason
Hunter's book where it explains to synchronize your code that uses shared
objects. It works for me.

It depends on your driver. Shouldn't be any problem with the proper driver.
But keep in mind COMMIT and ROLLBACK. They are both belongs
to connection.
