And, since your original question involved using said servlet to access a
POP3 server, make sure the beta pop3.jar file is in the same place.

BTW, be aware that the servlet that comes with JavaMail is
less-than-stable. I experienced a number of NullPointerExceptions in using
it, which prompted me to ultimately drop it. (I'm still looking for a good
replacement, unless I actually find the time to write one of my own.
Anybody know of a good one already out there? I *know* there's got to be
at least one.....)
