I think we all know about URLs,
and we have been told that URIs
are a superset of them, so what's
left- has anyone got a concrete
example of a URI that isn't a URL ?
The nearest I can get is an ISBN,
which uniquely identifies a document,
but does not locate it.
I also dimly remember a plan to
have an MD5 hash based URI.
