HELP YOURSELF FIRST
I'm really tired of wading through these kinds of postings. Firstly, it creates a lot of unnecessary email, and secondly, it shows a lack of initiative and laziness on the part of the poster.
LISTSERV ETIQUETTE
Posting to a ListServ should be the place of LAST resort for finding answers that one cannot easily find from existing documentation, co-workers, product's website, search engines, newsgroups, newsgroup search engines, or book reviews on online bookstores.
HINT
There's an internet technology called a search engine. Use keywords: "Servlet, examples, books", use the search engine on JavaSoft's website with same keywords, subscribe to a newsgroup, use a newsgroup search engine such as dejanews, search and read the book reviews on online bookstores such as fatbrains or amazon.com. If you still can't find your answer then post to this newsgroup.
DISCLAIMER
If you don't understand the terminology above, don't have access to the internet and a web browser then you shouldn't be involved in internet programming. Sorry, this field is much too competitive for those without the proper tools.
