Another alternative is PageLayout from the KLGroup. I've been evaluating it
for a current project and am finding it to be quite well featured. The
registration fee is not insignificant however so I guess it depends on the
complexity and importance of the task as to whether you would choose
PageLayout (or similar), a freeware solution, or perhaps construct your own.
