You cant just put a + sign in the URL..!
Ideally in a URL you cannot have spaces...! But if you do want to put
spaces you are allowed to put them only on values...i.e. in the name value
paris that are shown in URL rewriting.! IE handles the spaces in the values
well by replacing it with %20 ! But Netscape does not.
So if you do want to replace the space you'll have to unreplace it when the
URL is actually being searched for...!
That will be a complex solution...! So best is to get rid of the space!

Example the url is somewhat like this
http://myhost.com/space dir/index.html
I get a 404 error from the webserver saying it cant locate the file. I
also tried putting a '+' character in url. It dint work.
like this :
http://myhost.com/space+dir/index.html
Anybody there ?
