Subject: Dyanmic Forms

Has anybody created Servlet or JSP that dynamically creates a form
(as in HTML form) that reads the schema from a database (preferably
Oracle) and creates the form based on the results?

is there a product out there?
or can someone point me to the tables that I need to query

I am new to oracle.

thanks.
