Ben - if you have already followed the instructions for unsubscription at the
bottom of every email on this list, then I suspect that you are sending your
unsubscription request from a different mail address from that which you
subscribed as. If this is the case, please contact me offline and we will try to
work out what the mail address is that you are subscribed under.
