Nope.
It's really a browser thing. It would be nice if a browser recognized
that an UNAUTHORIZED with no challenge or just an UNAUTHORIZED after a
request had been authorized was a "logout" event and to display the
response entity.
The only thing I can think of doing would be to use an applet to
issue the call to logout... the applet would then recieve the
unauthorized response but I guess in that case the browser probably
won't see it right (but you could try it).
