I checked Preferences>Navigator>Applications before and here is what I
found:

For MS Word documents:
 - Extension: DOC, DOT, RTF, WIZ
 - MIME Type: application/msword
 - Handled by: WINWORD

For Rich Text Format:
 - Extension: RTF
 - MIME Type: application/rtf
 - Handled by:WINWORD

So I think everything is OK with setting preferences.
Any other suggestion?

In Netscape: Edit>Preferences>Navigator>Applications For WINWORD files, edit
to run MS-WORD. Netscape will run MS-WORD when it encounter this file type.

Subject: link to RTF file does not work with Netscape

Hi,

I have a link to one RTF file and when I'm trying to see the content of that
document with Netscape, I only see the code of the file. However when I'm
using IExplorer it works good and it opens MS Word to see the file.
Anybody knows why does this happen? and how can I fix that problem?

Thanks

-Eric-
