Hai Aravind....

set J2EE_HOME=c:\j2sdkee1.2.1 // J2ee Home Directory ie installization Dir.
set JAVA_HOME=d:\jdk1.2.2   // Jdk Home Dir ie) Jdk Instalization Dir.

Both of this you have to set in ControlPanal -System-EnvironmentVariable

I hope it will work.....
