Hi Aravind,
What you have to do is simple. Simply open userconfig.bat
in j2ee bin folder & set the Following variable.
set JAVA_HOME=d:\jdk1.3
set J2EE_HOME=c:\j2sdkee1.2.1
Lo & Behold all your problems are solved.
