Jayakumar,

You should create a new directory under webapps/ for your projects, and place the web 
files
in webapps/<my project>/ and class files in webapps/<my project>/web-inf/classes/.
Don't forget to modify file webapps/<my project>/web.xml

  and whenever i change class files....it is not
  reloading the class files...
  it look us to shutdown & start again..why this..is
  there any way to rectify this...
