Yes, there's been a *lot* of changes between the API 2.0 and the 2.3
preview where we're at now. And I had a lot of work to do for the
revision. Here's some facts: It took me a year to write the first
edition. It took me nine months to rewrite the book into the second
edition. So that's a lot of changes!
I'm working on a PR-style list of everything that changed and will post
the information on Servlets.com as the site is being revamped for the
2nd Edition. For those who order the book, read the Preface for a
chapter-by-chapter list of what's changed. That way you can concentrate
on reading the new stuff and not worry about recovering the old stuff.
Nice, eh?
Everything Milt lists up above has been added. Plus J2EE integration,
Struts, JSP, load balancing, yadda yadda.

At the O'Reilly Enterprise Java conference last week they told me it'd
be out in a week. So yeah, that's right about now. :-) I'm jealous.
