I dont know what you guys are saying, but both amazon & oreilly are
already offering the book for sale, despite the fact that its yet to be
printed en masse.

I was surprised too, but that's what he said! You can see the post
yourself :-). Maybe there's some confusion about exactly what book it
was, but I didn't argue with the guy :-).
