Hi,
     You will have to make a new context in Tomcat with your directory e.g
        <Context path="/wapsite"
                 docBase="webapps/wapteam"
                 crossContext="true"
                 debug="0"
                 reloadable="true"
                 trusted="false" >
        </Context>

in Server.xml then put all your servlets, .wml etc in this directory.

Hope this helps.

Bye,
Jiger
