Based on which browser you are using the work around is different. You
can avoid the footer
from the printed page.

If you are using IE 4.0 or above, please do the following:

1. Go to File ->Page Setup
     There are two sections called header and footer in the dailog box.
     In the footer text field, just remove the &u and leave the others(
&b&d) unchanged.
2.  Press OK !!


If you are using Netscape, please do the following:

1. Go to File ->Page Setup
   There are two sections called header and footer in the dailog box.
   Check those you want and uncheck those you don't.
2.  Press OK !!
