Personally, I use netbeans. Regular updates, has tomcat built right in, lets
you view compiled jsp code, CVS, and loads more. It uses a modula extention
system, so there are lots of extentions out there. And of course its free.
However, you really need 256MB Ram to run in properly, and at least a 500Mhz
PC.
