Well then, honestly, you're not looking very hard. Try the newsgroup
comp.lang.java.advocacy as one starting point (I checked quickly
there, and this stuff is being discussed there).
http://www.javalobby.org/ is another one. And I'm sure there are a
ton of relevant mailing lists and/or web sites out there as well,
stuff that can easily be found with a little searching.
