You might want to check out Barracuda
(barracuda.enhydra.org). It's an open source presentation
framework that's modeled after Swing. It also includes
packages for handling events, forms, and localization. It
uses XMLC (xmlc.enhydra.org) to separate Java code from
HTML/XML markup.
