Hi this is stupid question as I've been labouring under a misapprenhension. I always thought that a servlet's .class files under a web.xml (tomcat) couldn't be viewed on the web. But I was just looking at a site and was able to call up the site's web.xml with all the opening parameters that were being sent to the servlet! Why would this happen, as I thought you couldn't view this? Cheers, Lucy
