I looked for a host at servlets.com. If anyone knows of another list
please let me know.

As per IntelliObjects, I don't mean to say you guys aren't good but
aren't there any others out there? I would hate to go with you just
because you happen to be on this list. Does everyone use their own or
company servers to host applications? I know that we do at Instinet but
for "on the side programming" :) I would need a host. In any case I did
post some questions earlier onto which Mr.Svehla is welcomed to shed
some light.

Mark, while looking around I did see cqhost as a potential host. Can
you try answering my questions too?

(Copied from previous post)
1. Are libraries reloaded when the servlet classes are being
autmotically reloaded? Do you get the root access to WEB-INF stuff and
have complete control over what's in there?

2. Is automatic reloading performed using a new class loader?

3. What portion of the ISPs use a separate JVM for each account? What
is the failure rate as caused by others doing silly things and having
their code blow up?

4. Is there usage cap on processor usage? Database operations? How are
they capped?

5. What generally have you found out about servlet hosting that you
think might be useful to know? In other words is there something you
wish you knew before plunging into that 1 year contract?

Thanks and please share your hosting experiences,
d.
