I'm guessing you added the certificate info of the server to the
j2sdk1.4.0\jre\lib\security\cacerts to make the application work

i have solved it! =)...at last! =)

i didn't get a signed certificate from a CA company..i just make use
of my self-signed certificate...and it works. =)
just made additional configurations. =)
